Directions to Camp
1. Take Aurora Blvd. / Marcos Highway.
2. Go pass Marikina River, Santolan Intersection, Robinson's Mall, and Sta. Lucia East Mall.
3. Upon reaching Masinag Market at Marcos-Sumulong Highway Intersection just go STRAIGHT. DO NOT turn right (to Assumption) or left (to Marikina).
4. Some landmarks to look for:
a. Cherry Foodarama
b. Shell
a. Heaven's Gate Memorial Park
b. Blue Mountains Sports Arena
c. Shell
5. Then, you will see a green concrete pedestrian overpass. This is Cogeo Junction, GO STRAIGHT.
6. Landmarks after Cogeo Junction: (at your left chronologically)
b. Mormon Church
c. Iglesia ni Christo
d. White bridge
e. Parke Hills immediately on the right
g. Asia Wide Refreshment Corp.
h. Wrigley Philippines
i. St. Gregory Homes
j. Touch of Glory on the Right.
7. 400 meter after yellow KM POST 36, on the right side of the road, TURN LEFT. There are tricycles parked, this is called KANTO VETERANS, you will see the following:
• G & J Store on the right.
• Waiting shed on the left, immediately across G & J Store
• Shalom Retreat Sign beside Waiting shed
• Meann's Carinderia on the corner turning left.
• Icarus Hardware
8. About 3.8 kms from Kanto Veteran TURN LEFT to MARCOS S. GARCIA ROAD. There is a small Hardware Shop in this corner. This leads to Kanto Calawis.
9. Go straight for about 4 kms until you hit the river. Cross the bridge and then GO STRAIGHT. Some landmarks you will pass: Basketball court to your left and an elementary school on the right.
10. Follow the concrete road past another narrow bridge. After 300meters, on the right you will see a wooden steel gate. WELCOME!
From Ateneo, it usually takes, 1 to 1.5 hours to come to camp, depending on traffic and weather conditions.
If you need to ask for directions, PLEASE ASK FOR THE "MALVAR'S" and NOT Mt. Purro Nature Camp or Camp Explore. Please be advised that there is NO GLOBE signal at camp and only SMART signal is available.
